Swire Properties has partnered with Fortune Development Sales to market the condominium portion of its two-tower Mandarin Oriental Residences development on Miami's Brickell Key. With the sales expected to launch in early 2024, Swire will be constructing a preview lounge in the hotel's current lobby. The development will be constructed on the current Mandarin Oriental hotel site at 500 Brickell Key Avenue and its neighbouring property – the final undeveloped waterfront plot on Brickell Key. Plans include an over 800-foot-tall building with 220 condominium units and a 400-foot-high hotel featuring 121 guest rooms, 66 condos and 28 hotel residences. Residential unit pricing is expected to start at USD3.5 million. With construction soon to be underway, the existing hotel will remain open until the end of 2024.
