Swire Properties’ annual "BOOKS for LOVE @ $10" event won the Gold Award for "Excellence in Construction Industry Volunteering Project". Organised by the Construction Industry Council, the award recognises outstanding projects, organisations, volunteer teams and individuals who have made significant contributions to the community. In 2023, the programme saw participation from over 52 organisations and 11 NGOs, mobilising 29,764 volunteers who collectively contributed more than 210,000 service hours, setting a new record.
