From now until the end of March 2023, Swire Properties' "Books for Love @$10" is holding an online charity sale that offers more than 10,000 books in the children and young adult categories for HKD10 apiece. The list of available books will be updated regularly throughout the month. Shoppers can order and pay electronically before picking up their books at the physical book sale at Berkshire House between 20–23 and 27–30 April 2023.

In addition, the online sale includes "Gift A Book" charity vouchers, which customers can purchase to donate to underprivileged students. Also available online are the "Editor's Top 10 Reading Surprise Packs", which are 10-book bundles curated by the organiser to help young children explore new interests. Each pack is priced at HKD90.
