As the lead sponsor, Swire Properties partnered with the Hong Kong Palace Museum to launch the "Bi-city Youth Cultural Leadership Programme". This flagship youth-learning initiative spans two years and aims to facilitate cultural exchange through diverse arts and cultural experiences. Currently in its second edition, the programme has recruited 16 university students from Beijing and Hong Kong. These students have the opportunity to take part in a two-month learning programme during the summer. The programme provided them with the chance to interact with various arts and cultural leaders, as well as exchange ideas with other participants to shape the future of museums. Participating students are also offered internship opportunities at major arts and culture organisations in Hong Kong, such as the Hong Kong Palace Museum and M+.
