Cityplaza has partnered with Coca-Cola to launch Hong Kong’s first ever "Recycle Bar" to celebrate World Environment Day on 5 June 2023. Running from now until 11 June 2023, the bar showcases how recycled PET bottles can be given a new life. It also features over 30 pieces of 3D-printed furniture made out of 18,000 plastic bottles and a collection of everyday rPET-made items. These exhibits aim to raise public awareness about proper collection and recycling to reduce carbon footprints. Visitors are encouraged to recycle used PET bottles to redeem free beverages and rPET-made souvenirs.
