Swire Properties’ commitment to sustainable development continues to be recognised both locally and globally. For the seventh consecutive year, the Company has been named Global Sector Leader (Mixed Use Sector) and retained its title as Global Development Sector Leader (Mixed Use Sector) for the fourth consecutive year in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark. On the local level, the Company has ranked first in the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index for the sixth consecutive year, obtaining the highest score among over 500 assessed Hong Kong-listed companies while also maintaining the highest "AAA" rating, a distinction awarded to only two companies in 2023.

Chief Executive Tim Blackburn said the Company is delighted to be recognised once again by multiple leading ESG indices and benchmark ratings worldwide. He sees this as a testament to the Company’s pioneering sustainability programmes with multiple stakeholders.
